By accessing or using the Mindsight Clinic website (mindsightclinic.com), mobile platform, or any of our mental health services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Our Services

Mindsight Clinic provides mental health services including but not limited to:

• Individual psychotherapy and counselling
• Couples and family therapy
• Psychiatric consultation and medication management
• Psychological assessments and testing
• Group therapy workshops and mindful experiences
• Corporate mental health programs
• Online and in-person sessions

All clinical services are provided by qualified, registered mental health professionals. The availability of specific services may vary by location and therapist.

Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

• Appointments can be booked via our online portal, telephone, or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): May be subject to a cancellation fee at the therapist's discretion.
• No-shows: Sessions missed without any notice may be charged in full.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to therapist unavailability, with as much notice as possible.

Payment Terms

• Session fees are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by therapist, session type, and duration.
• Payment is due at the time of the session unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
• Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
• Fees for courses, workshops, and programs are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mindsight Clinic.
• Insurance reimbursements are the client's responsibility; we can provide receipts upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio — is the property of Mindsight Clinic and is protected by Indian copyright law and international treaties.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
• You may share our publicly available blog content with proper attribution and a link back to the original article.
• Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or materials may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindsight Clinic shall not be liable for:
