By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We only collect information that's necessary to provide you with the best possible mental health care experience.

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information that is automatically collected when you use our services.

Personal Information You Provide

Contact details: Name, email address, phone number
Booking information: Preferred appointment time, branch location, session type (online/offline)
Health information: Mental health concerns you choose to share when booking or during intake
Payment details: Processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store card numbers
Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp

Information Collected Automatically

Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system
Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, the website or advert that brought you here, and actions such as tapping Book, Call or WhatsApp
Advertising identifiers: If you arrive from a Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advert, the click reference that advert adds to the link, and the identifiers Google and Meta store in your browser

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Booking & Appointments: To schedule, confirm, and manage your therapy appointments
Delivering Services: To provide mental health counselling, assessments, and therapy sessions
Communication: To respond to inquiries, send appointment reminders, and share important updates
Service Improvement: To analyze usage, improve our website, and enhance the quality of care we provide
Measuring our advertising: To understand which of our adverts and campaigns lead people to book, so we can spend less on adverts that don't help anyone

Safety & Security: To detect fraud, protect our users, and maintain the security of our systems

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We take your confidentiality very seriously. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

With your therapist/psychologist: Only the treating clinician assigned to you has access to your health information - strictly for providing care.
Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our website (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Analytics and advertising partners: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) receive information about how our website is used: which pages are visited, buttons tapped, and when a booking or purchase is completed, with its amount, whether the session is online or in person, and what was bought: a counselling session (and whether it is for an individual, a couple or a family), or the name of a course, workshop or journal. We do not send them your name, phone number, email address, the reason you are seeking support, or anything you tell us about your health. They are not used at all on our Mental Health Check-Up or our staff systems, and nothing you type into a form is sent to them.
Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our clients or the public (as permitted under professional ethics guidelines).
Emergency situations: If there is an imminent risk to your life or the life of another, we may disclose necessary information to emergency services.
With your written consent: Any other sharing will only happen with your explicit, informed consent.

Therapeutic Confidentiality: All information shared in therapy sessions is held strictly confidential and governed by professional ethics and applicable Indian law (Mental Healthcare Act, 2017).

Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to protect your personal information:

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
Payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis
We regularly review and update our security practices

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Cookies Policy

Our website uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies. We use the following types:

Essential (always on): Keep the site working, such as your booking session, payment security, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics (on by default, can be switched off): Help us understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics).
Advertising (on by default, can be switched off): Tell us which Google and Meta adverts lead to bookings, and let those platforms show our adverts to people likely to find them useful (Google Ads, Meta Pixel).

Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. You can switch both off at any time with the "Analytics cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered on that device and browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Google and Meta use your information in your Google account's ad settings and Meta's ad preferences.

Switching them off does not affect your ability to book appointments, make payments, or use any of our services.

Pages that never use analytics or advertising cookies: the Mental Health Check-Up and our staff systems.

When you book or buy something, we keep a note with that booking of how you found us (for example, the advert or website you came from, and its click reference). This helps us understand which of our adverts work. It is stored with your booking, protected in the same way, and never added to your clinical records.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Unfinished bookings: If you start a booking but do not complete payment, the personal details you entered are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Appointments, payments and orders: Kept for as long as we need them to provide your care and to meet our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations.
Analytics and advertising data: Held by Google and Meta under their own retention settings and policies.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below). We will do so unless the law or our professional obligations require us to keep it, in which case we will tell you why.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, and switch off analytics and advertising cookies with the "Analytics cookies" link at the bottom of every page

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18 without parental/guardian involvement. If we provide services to a minor, we require explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to the commencement of therapy.
